How can I join Konsult.Expert?
Joining is a simple process, there are only a few steps between you and your collaboration with Konsult.Expert

Step 2 - Choose whether you are a Patient, Expert or Advisor
Step 3 - Fill out the form and register. Upload the required documents.
Step 4 - Log in
Step 5 - Wait for your profile verification confirmation
Step 6 - Provide limitless online consultations.
Do I have to pay to create a profile?
No, creating a profile is completely free.
What do we expect from our experts?
We strive to provide access to qualified and professional experts for our clients. Consequently you have to hold a valid university diploma and professional experience.
What kind of documents are required to verify my profile?
Diplomas and certificates confirming your degrees/education.
How do I edit my profile?
Simply click “My profile” - Edit. You can edit your profile at any time.
How should my profile picture look like?
High quality photograph - It can’t be blurry or unclear
It should be a recent picture
It can’t be a “selfie” or self portrait type picture
It shouldn’t be an informal or personal picture (ex. Vacation picture)
You should be dressed in formal, business or business casual attire
Your face should be clearly visible, Head-and-shoulders, or head-to-waist photo
How can I change the operating language of the website?
You can change the language by going to “My profile” - Settings - Language - Choose Language
What should I charge for consultations?
Each expert sets their own prices. You can change your prices by going to “My Profile”.
Is Konsult.Expert hiring me?
We sign a written agreement with our experts or advisors of cooperation under their own businesses.
Contact with the client
How can I contact the client?
Expert can send files and messages to customers. They are stored in system’s memory. To send a message to the customer, go to Messages and pick the client that you would like to message to and then click “send the message” or during an active consultation pick the customer that you would like to contact, then click Edit - Send the message.
How can I send a file to the client?
During an active consultation - by clicking “send file” in the chat window.
You can also send a file by going to Messages bookmark and selecting the client that you want to send the file to and then click “send file”
Consultations - start, cancellation, rescheduling, complaints.
How to start a consultation?
To begin, click “My visits” - Active consultations - choose the consultation that you would like to start and click Konsult now.
Are video-consultations recorded?
Video-consultations are NOT recorded to ensure your privacy.
Can I cancel the consultation?
You can cancel your consultation.
To cancel the consultation go to “My profile” - My appointments - Active consultations - Select the consultation that you would like to cancel - Edit - Cancel the appointment.After the cancellation you can send a message to the client with an explanation and propose a different deadline. You must cancel consultations a minimum of 24 hours in advance out of respect to the clients.
Can I reschedule the consultation?
Yes, it is possible to reschedule consultations.
To reschedule a consultation go to “My profile” - My appointments - Active consultations - Select the consultation that you would like to reschedule- Edit - reschedule consultation.After postponing the consultation you should send a message to your client with an explanation as to why the appointment was postponed and propose an alternate time. Out of respect for our clients, you must postpone or reschedule an appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Can a client lodge a complaint and demand a refund after a consultation?
Konsult.Expert strives to provide the best services to our clients through our experts. If our client’s expectations are not met we are obliged to review their complaint and decide on a course of action. Complaints and refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
Does the expert have to confirm the appointment?
Yes. When a customer signs up for an appointment with you, it is your duty to confirm it within 24 hours. To confirm the visit go to “My profile” - My appointments - Active consultations - select a consultation - confirm or cancel the appointment.
We send a reminder to our experts to confirm or cancel the appointment. If an expert does not confirm the appointment within 24 hours, it will be canceled automatically.
Technical questions
What kind of computer and internet connection do I need?
You can use any computer that has an Internet browser installed. We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
You will also need a working microphone and a camera in order to communicate with your clients. If these are not built into your hardware (ex. Laptop with a built in mic and camera), you may need to purchase them separately.
Calendar
Appointments Calendar
You decide when you want to work. You can add and edit available days and hours on “Your Profile” - Add hours. Here you can also add your unavailable hours and days.
In calendar (My profile-Add hours) you can
Add hours that you are available to work(Add hours - time from- time to)
Add hours and dates at which you are unavailable to work
Add custom timeslots for appointments with specific clients (Add hours - time from - time to)
What time commitments do we expect from experts?
Each expert establishes his own work time. We recommend that each expert set aside a permanent array of days and hours at which they can provide consultations online.
You may also choose to set appointments on a case by case basis with your existing clients at your previously agreed upon time.
Time zones
A part of our clients will be based outside of the EU, in places like the United States and Canada, that’s why we ask you to consider the time difference when organizing your work schedule. This may also be advantageous for you as you can choose to work in an uncommon time schedule if it suits your needs (ex. working at night, or very early in the morning).
Referrals
How do I report my client?
You must send them your referral link. Enter the Referrals tab to send the link. You earn more by bringing in your clients.
How can I invite other eXperts to work with Konsult.Expert?
You can invite other experts to work with Konsult.Expert by sending them a referral link. Enter the Referrals tab to send the link. You will earn a bonus if your colleague starts working with us.
Privacy
How do you protect my privacy?
Your privacy and security is our priority. Information about you and your data is confidential. Our technology is in compliance with HIPAA standards. All messages are encrypted on the server, and all communications between our software and servers is encrypted.
